How does PSYCH-K® work?
Kinesiology, or muscle testing is used to establish a communication system with the subconscious mind, which can be an accurate detector of truths and beliefs held within us. Life experiences often trigger a dominance of right or left brain reaction to particular situations or sets of circumstances. PSYCH-K® synchronizes both hemispheres, creating a “whole brain state”, ideal for changing self limiting beliefs into empowering ones.

How do our beliefs influence us?
Our beliefs are the building blocks of our personality. They have far reaching consequences, both positive and negative in every area of our life. Beliefs effect our self esteem, relationships, prosperity, job performance, spiritual outlook and our mental and physical health. We are profoundly influenced by conclusions drawn from our past programming and experiences.
Creating New Beliefs.
Remember that with PSYCH-K® we can create new beliefs and perceptions which open up new possibilities for us to make choices to think and act differently in our life.
The best way to help this process of transformation along is to do something simple and practical that you couldn’t or would not have done prior to shifting your beliefs. This may push you out of your comfort zone because we are doing something new or that have not been able to do before but often when we get to the actual doing part we see that it is much easier and more enjoyable than we expected.
It is also helpful to observe your emotional state over the next couple of weeks and see if our emotions are in alignment with one another. Our thoughts can be entrenched in old patterns and when I tap into my emotions I am not feeling the same and thoughts no longer have the same hold over me.
Doing the actions will show where changes and progress has happened and also illuminate the areas that needs some work. So it is helpful to write down any beliefs that come up that you would like to balance for as often these insights come and go very quickly.
To change the printout of the body, you must learn to rewrite the software of the mind.
